Only 2 more months till 2022! Where has the time gone?
The best thing about goals is the feeling of satisfaction when you achieve something. This “end result” can both cause you happiness if you accomplish it, or regret and guilt if you don’t.
2 months seems like very little time to do anything, and I know for a fact that it’s going to fly past. A lot has happened this past year, and I’ve gone through many mental, emotional and physical changes.
For this month, I want to treasure each moment that I have, and just do things without worrying about the consequences. While these may not be specific goals, they are just things I want to focus on this month.
Physical Goals
- exercise everyday (do youtube workouts, jujitsu training, walking to and from school, pe and pass)
- drink a bottle of water every day
- wake up before 7am every day
- start planning christmas gifts + writing cards
- clean my desk once a week
Mental Goals
- read 13 books this month (order physical books from my school and local library)
- do weekly reflections
- blog everyday
