Today I went to the Blue Mountains with my Youth Group from church, and it was so much fun!
We went on 2 maccas runs, went to see the 3 Sisters in Katoomba, and also visited Scenic World, but I didn’t go inside. I had a rough night last night, so I ended up taking 2 naps on the bus which was much needed; the first one in the morning after our first McDonald’s visit, which resulted in one very embarrassing photo taken by my friend Carmen, and the second nap on the way home.
It was a very long, but enjoyable day, and I really bonded with the other group members. I loved visiting the 3 Sisters, and even though there were many tourists as it was Easter Monday, the environment still seemed quite surreal and serene. It was amazing to experience that feeling of serenity, even if it was for a slight moment.
I made a lot of memories today, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of them. Here are also some of the photos I took from throughout the day!
