Already forgot to post in the first week of 2024, but thankfully I didn’t realise too late! Here are my new years resolutions for 2024. This year, I hope to focus on myself and grow into a more confident and independent individual.
💡When writing goals, whether they be yearly or monthly, make sure to be specific. To do this, use the framework of SMART goals; they must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based.
It’s also important to track your goals/habits so that you know if you’re actually on the path of consistency and achieving them. Using a habit tracker is a great way to do this! I’ve started using my notion planner to do this this year.

- achieved a 90+ ATAR
- spend 30 minutes studying everyday
- study for A’s, aim for A’s, expect A’s
- asked for help when i don’t understand something or when I need help
wellbeing
- listened to 60K minutes on spotify
- wrote 1 blog post every week
- worked out 3 times a week with my mum
- read 50 books in 2024
- became more conscious of the things i’m exposed to eg. read with purpose
- became more confident
- talked to more people
- built healthy relationships with family and friends
- talked to my mum consistently about my health and wellbeing
- got 8hrs of sleep every day
- drank 2 bottles of water every day
