Welcome to 2022 folks!
2021 was a year of learning new things, both about the world around me and about myself. 2022 is now here, and I can finally use the lessons I’ve learnt last year to be a better version of myself this year.
At the start of every new year, everyone makes a list of new year’s resolutions, which let’s be real – doesn’t last a week. Something I’ve learnt about goals is that in order to achieve them, you must have clear steps to get there.
And that’s what these monthly “goals” or habits are for me. Steps in order to get to the end goal.
So here are my monthly goals for January!
- Read 9 books
- Write weekly reflections
- Improve my typing speed (start learning to type properly)
- Exercise EVERYDAY
- Drink a bottle of water everyday
