Today my family and I attended Amanda and Luke’s wedding! It was actually my first “white” (or more like not-indian-wedding) that I’ve attended, so it was definitely a new experience.
The ceremony started at 1pm at Patonga Community Hall, and it was actually pretty short compared to Indian weddings. The ceremony was really sweet and very realistic, since there was quite a few interruptions from Gabe, one of their sons during the ceremony. It was really cute, and very emotional though <3
The “afterparty” took place in the same hall, and lasted till 8:30pm. The food was so delicious, and I saw and talked to 2 people who go to my school, and who actually turned out to be the neighbours of the bride and groom!
Overall, I had an amazing time and it was such a wonderful day and experience!
