My friend recently found this 15-minute quiz on Tiktok that asks you questions relating to stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression. We both completed the quiz separately, and it was surprising how different our results were.
While my friend’s levels were in the yellow or orange zones, my results were in the orange and red zones. I knew my stress, anxiety, and depression levels were quite high compared to others, but this quiz put these thoughts into a scale, so I could clearly visualise them.
I think visualising this was a really important thing for me, as this was a way to identify a problem in my life. I hope this year I can help to slowly heal myself, and prioritise myself more!
