March has already come and gone, and I find myself writing new goals for April. I realised last night that I didn’t reflect upon my goals for March, and now here I am, reflecting back upon the systems that worked for me and which ones didn’t, as well as the goals I completed.
Looking back on my March goals, I now realise how unspecific they were and how I had no game plan to tackle them. They were just simply things I wanted to do during the duration of March.
Some goals I did accomplish during this time were writing, praying every night, and making some new Spotify playlists. However, these could also have been classified as tasks, and not as goals I wanted to accomplish.
The other 7 “goals” I had weren’t ones that I achieved. While I did work on a few of them, such as reading, photography, and practicing my instrument, I didn’t work on them often enough so they could become a good habit or something I accomplished.
Now, I can learn from these failures, as they have become a new opportunity for me to learn from these mistakes and have taught me important things about goals!
