You aren’t weak. You aren’t broken. Crying doesn’t make you ‘less’ nor does it mean that you aren’t strong.
Crying isn’t a bad thing. It just means that you have been strong for too long. It’s okay to cry so let the worries and tears out. Because the truth is, holding onto something that makes you cry, will just hurt you more in the future.
I know it feels like your whole world is breaking apart. I know that it’s becoming harder to trust people. I know that’s it’s hard finding your way after being lost for so long.
Trust me, I get it.
But never hold your pain to yourself. I know you might feel like you are a ‘problem’ to others, but listen to me when I say you are not. You are not a problem.
Never be afraid to be vulnerable with the people you love. If you truly love those people, then you shouldn’t be scared to open up and be true to them and yourself.
I’m sorry if there’s no one physically there for you right now. But know that there will always, ALWAYS be someone there for you, whether it be physically, mentally, or emotionally.
